Black Leadership – A Panel Discussion 

To promote Inclusion and Diversity across UNISON and to celebrate the year of the Black worker, the Regional West Midlands Black Members Self Organised Group (WMBMSOG) will be holding their annual Black History Month celebrations.

This year, the WMBMSOG have extended the celebrations to showcase Black Leadership, there will be a Panel Discussion, whereby representatives from National Grid (Luke Sewel), UNISON Senior Lay Leadership (Paulette Whyte), Ravi Subramanian (UNISON) will discuss an array of topics, centralized around Black Leadership.
