This new course will consider what is meant by misinformation, it’s dangers and why certain theories may be growing in popularity. It will also explore methods to encourage reflection on problematic comments and understanding different perspectives. The session will cover:
- Difference between disinformation and misinformation
- Greater understating of malicious content
- Effective methods for responding to inappropriate workplace comments
- Increased confidence in having more in-depth workplace conversations
