This course is aimed at UNISON stewards and other branch officers. The course discusses the menopause as a collective issue for organising in the branch and with employers. The course aims are:
- To gain an understanding of why the menopause is a workplace issue
- To consider how UNISON can support members in the workplace
- To look at how to recruit and organise collectively around the menopause
Please note there is a £15 per head branch fee for this course
