On Thursday 13th November between 8am & 8pm any UNISON members in the West Midlands can ask question and get basic advice.
Please be aware we can only offer instance advice on the above date and times.

- We will ask you for your UNISON membership number.
- If you are not a UNISON member, we are unable to give you advice.
- If you have a complex issue, we will ask you to complete a UNISON case form and refer you to the relevant person or branch.
- If you have an ongoing case with UNISON we can not offer advice or a second option. You will be referred to the person dealing with your case.
