This course will take place IN PERSON at The Burlingon Hotel, Birmingham City Centre, B2 4JQ
The course is appropriate for LGBT+ branch officers or contacts and for UNISON LGBT+ members and activists who want to find out more about getting active in the branch and LGBT+ organising in UNISON.
Course aims:
- To define the role of a LGBT+ branch officer or contact
- To establish how to access resources, make useful links and develop strategies for supporting LGBT+ members in their branches
- To consider how to campaign and get equality issues on the recruitment and bargaining agenda
Please note there is a £15 per head branch fee for this course
