FACE TO FACE at UNISON West Midlands Regional Centre
This one day course is aimed at stewards who want to build their negotiating skills. The course covers the key negotiating skills, and then provides time for an innovative role play in which the skills can be practised.
This is also a good refresher for any steward who is likely to be involved in negotiating.
Please note that there is a £15 per head branch charge for this course.
