This course examinies the process of bargaining and negotiating to identify the aspects of good negotiating practice. It uses a case studies and role play to build key negotiating skills: preparing a claim, presenting a claim, negotiating in a team, making agreements. 

Applicants should have completed either the TUC Stage 1 course or the Organising Steward, and the Representing Members short courses before applying for this course.

Please note that there is a £30 per head branch charge for this course.
